Hosting Services (excluding eligible Website Builder plans)

Plugins
Digital Products
Any other products or services offered by Xarrvo

Refunds will not be provided for:

Change of mind.
Incorrect purchases.
Partial use of a product or service.
Unused products or services.
Failure to cancel a recurring subscription before renewal.
Products or services that have already been delivered or commenced.

2. Website Builder 30-Day Money Back Guarantee

Xarrvo offers a 30-Day Money Back Guarantee exclusively for eligible Website Builder plans.

If you are not satisfied with your Website Builder plan, you may request a refund within 30 days of the original purchase date.

This guarantee applies only to Website Builder plans and does not apply to any other Xarrvo product or service.

3. Complimentary Domain Name

Eligible Website Builder plans include a complimentary domain name.

If you request a refund under the 30-Day Money Back Guarantee:

The Website Builder hosting subscription will be refunded.
The complimentary domain name is not refundable.
The value of the complimentary domain name may be deducted from your refund where applicable.

This policy is in place to prevent abuse of the complimentary domain names included with eligible Website Builder plans.

4. Refund Eligibility

To be eligible for the Website Builder 30-Day Money Back Guarantee, you must:

Submit your refund request within 30 days of the original purchase date.
Have purchased an eligible Website Builder plan.
Be in compliance with our Terms & Conditions and all applicable Xarrvo policies.

Refund requests submitted after the 30-day period will not be accepted.

5. Refund Processing

Where a refund is approved, it will be processed to the original payment method where possible.

Processing times may vary depending on your financial institution or payment provider.

6. Changes to this Refund Policy

Xarrvo reserves the right to amend or update this Refund Policy at any time. Any changes will become effective immediately upon publication on our website unless otherwise stated.
