Customers must not upload, publish, distribute or otherwise make available any content that infringes the intellectual property rights of another person or organisation.

3. Investigation Process

- Remove or disable access to the reported content.
- Suspend or terminate accounts that repeatedly infringe copyright.
Xarrvo reserves the right to determine the appropriate action based on the information available and applicable laws.
4. Counter Notifications
If you believe content has been removed or disabled in error, you may submit a written counter notification containing sufficient information to support your claim.
Where appropriate and in accordance with applicable law, Xarrvo may restore the content.
Submitting false or misleading counter notifications may result in legal consequences.
5. Repeat Infringers
Xarrvo maintains a zero-tolerance approach to repeated copyright infringement.
Customers who repeatedly violate copyright laws or this Policy may have their services suspended or permanently terminated without refund.
6. Limitation of Liability
Xarrvo acts as a hosting and service provider and does not routinely monitor customer content for copyright infringement.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Xarrvo shall not be liable for customer-uploaded content that infringes the rights of third parties.
Customers remain solely responsible for all content hosted, published or distributed through their accounts.
7. Changes to this DMCA Policy
Xarrvo reserves the right to amend or update this DMCA Policy at any time. Any changes become effective immediately upon publication on our website unless otherwise stated.
