You agree to use Xarrvo’s services in a lawful, responsible and respectful manner.

2. Website Hosting

Customers are responsible for all content hosted on their websites.

The following content is strictly prohibited:

Malware or malicious code.
Hate speech or content promoting violence.
Child exploitation material.
Content that promotes illegal activities.
Content intended to deceive, scam or defraud users.

Xarrvo reserves the right to suspend or remove any content that violates this Policy or applicable laws.

3. AI Services

Xarrvo provides AI-powered features across selected products and services.

You agree not to:

Abuse or intentionally misuse AI features.
Attempt to bypass usage limits or restrictions.
Use automated methods to generate excessive AI requests.
Use AI features for unlawful, fraudulent or harmful purposes.
Attempt to exploit, reverse engineer or interfere with AI functionality.

Where Xarrvo reasonably believes AI services are being abused, excessively consumed or used in breach of this Policy, we reserve the right to:

Restrict or suspend access to AI features.
Apply usage limitations.
Disable AI functionality for the affected account.
Suspend or terminate the associated service where necessary.

4. Fair Use

Certain services, including AI features, storage, bandwidth and other platform resources, are provided subject to fair and reasonable usage.

Excessive or abnormal usage that negatively impacts the performance, reliability or availability of the platform may result in service limitations, temporary restrictions or suspension until upgrade of service.

5. Security

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account.

You must:

Keep your login credentials secure.

Notify Xarrvo immediately of any suspected unauthorised access.
Maintain appropriate security measures for any websites or applications you operate.

6. Enforcement

Where we reasonably believe this Policy has been breached, Xarrvo may, without prior notice:

Suspend or terminate your account.
Report unlawful activity to relevant authorities where required.
