1. Hosting Services
Xarrvo provides managed hosting services for eligible products and services.
While we strive to provide a secure, reliable and high-performance hosting environment, no hosting service can guarantee uninterrupted availability.
2. Customer Responsibilities
Customers are responsible for:
- Maintaining accurate billing information.
- Paying all invoices by their due date.
- Securing their account credentials.
- Maintaining backups of their website and data where required.
- Ensuring all hosted content complies with our Acceptable Use Policy and applicable laws.
3. Service Availability
Xarrvo aims to provide reliable hosting services; however, we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.
Service interruptions may occur due to:
- Scheduled maintenance.
- Emergency maintenance.
- Security updates.
- Hardware failures.
- Software updates.
- Network outages.
- Events outside of our reasonable control.
Xarrvo shall not be held liable for any loss, damage, downtime or business interruption resulting from these events.
4. Maintenance and Upgrades
From time to time, Xarrvo may perform maintenance, upgrades or security improvements to our infrastructure.
These activities may require temporary interruptions to hosting services.
Such maintenance is necessary to maintain the security, stability and performance of our platform and does not constitute a breach of service.
Where reasonably practical, advance notice of scheduled maintenance may be provided.
5. Suspension for Non-Payment
If payment for any hosting service remains outstanding after the applicable due date, Xarrvo reserves the right to suspend the affected hosting service without prior notice.
During suspension:
- Your website and related services may become inaccessible.
- Email services associated with the hosting account may cease to operate.
- Access to hosting management tools may be restricted.
Services will generally be restored once all outstanding amounts have been paid.
6. Termination and Data Removal
Where an account remains unpaid for an extended period, or where services are cancelled, Xarrvo reserves the right to permanently terminate the hosting account.
Upon termination:
- All website files may be permanently deleted.
- Databases may be permanently deleted.
- Email accounts and mailboxes may be permanently deleted.
- Backups, where available, may also be permanently removed.
Once an account has been terminated and deleted, Xarrvo is under no obligation to recover, restore or retain any customer data.
Customers are solely responsible for maintaining their own backups of any important data.
7. Resource Usage
Hosting services are provided on a shared or managed infrastructure designed to ensure fair and reliable performance for all customers.
Customers must not use excessive server resources in a manner that negatively impacts other users or the stability of the platform.
Xarrvo reserves the right to limit, suspend or require an upgrade where resource usage is considered excessive.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Xarrvo shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from:
- Service interruptions.
- Scheduled or emergency maintenance.
- Hardware or software failures.
- Data loss.
- Cybersecurity incidents.
- Third-party service failures.
- Account suspension or termination in accordance with this Policy.
9. Changes to this Hosting Policy
Xarrvo reserves the right to amend or update this Hosting Policy at any time. Any changes become effective immediately upon publication on our website unless otherwise stated.
