1. No Refund Policy
Xarrvo operates under a strict no refund policy. By engaging our services, you acknowledge and agree to the following:
- All payments made to us are final and non-refundable.
- Refunds are not issued for change of mind, project delays, dissatisfaction with design direction, or marketing performance.
- We deliver services based on the time, resources, and expertise invested—not on subjective expectations or variable results.
This applies to all services including one-time projects, monthly retainers, subscriptions, and consulting.
2. Delays & Timelines
We understand timelines are important, and we always aim to meet estimated delivery dates. However, please note:
- Refunds will not be issued for services or projects that run past initial deadlines.
- Many projects experience delays due to client-side changes, scope extensions, content delays, or revision requests, which are outside our control.
- Additionally, technical issues, supplier delays, third-party integrations, or unforeseen events can extend delivery timelines.
While we do not offer refunds due to these delays, we commit to maintaining open communication and working with you collaboratively throughout the process.
3. Support for Issues & Adjustments
If you experience any issues or faults with our service deliverables:
- Our support team is available to review and resolve any concerns, provided they are within the agreed project scope.
- We’re here to ensure you are satisfied with the final outcome, and we welcome any clarification or adjustment requests in line with your brief.
We value long-term relationships and are always happy to work toward a positive resolution.
4. Flexibility to Cancel Services
We do not lock clients into contracts. At any time, you may move your services—such as hosting, domains, or marketing campaigns—to another provider.
However, please note:
- No refunds will be issued for previously paid or invoiced services.
- If an invoice has already been generated, it is still payable, unless it solely relates to hosting or a domain name.

5. Billing & Invoice Cancellation
To avoid unnecessary charges:
- Please provide at least 14 days’ notice prior to the next billing cycle if you intend to cancel services.
- Invoices are typically issued 7 days before the due date, and once issued, they cannot be cancelled—unless for hosting or domain services.
6. Exceptions
In rare cases, such as billing errors or duplicate charges, refunds may be considered at our discretion. However, we are not obligated to provide refunds unless required by law.
