Affiliate Policy

At XARRVO PTY LTD (“Xarrvo”, “we”, “our”, “us”), we value our affiliate partners and whitelabel clients. This policy outlines the terms and expectations for both affiliate referrals and resellers who represent or offer our services under their own brand.

 

1. Affiliate Program Overview

Our Affiliate Program enables individuals or businesses (“Affiliates”) to earn commission by referring new clients to Xarrvo.

1.1 Commission Structure

- Affiliates are entitled to a 10% commission on referred service sales, unless a service is explicitly excluded.

- Commission applies across all eligible services once full payment has been received and the service has been fully delivered.

- Xarrvo reserves the right to amend or modify the commission rate or structure at any time without notice. Changes are made to ensure long-term sustainability and quality of service for all customers.

1.2 Commission Payment Terms

- Commissions are only payable after the referred service is completed and fulfilled in full.

- No commissions will be paid on incomplete, refunded, or cancelled projects.

- Payments will be issued via the agreed method (e.g., PayPal, bank transfer) after the qualifying conditions are met.

1.3 Misuse & Fraud

We maintain a zero-tolerance policy for abuse or manipulation of our affiliate system. This includes but is not limited to:

- Self-referrals

- Fraudulent or fake leads

- Inaccurate representation of Xarrvo services

If misuse is identified, Xarrvo reserves the right to:

- Suspend or terminate the affiliate account without prior notice

- Withhold any unpaid commissions

- Take additional legal or corrective action if necessary

 

2. Whitelabel / Reseller Arrangements

We also work with agencies, resellers, and businesses who offer Xarrvo’s services under their own brand (“Whitelabel Clients”).

2.1 Service Fulfilment

- We will provide the same high-quality delivery and customer care to your referred clients as we do for our direct clients.

- However, our core platforms, billing systems, and email communications are branded as Xarrvo and cannot be whitelabelled or rebranded.

2.2 Support & Communication

- If a whitelabel client’s customer reaches out to Xarrvo directly, our team will provide support under the Xarrvo name and branding.

- If you wish to maintain a fully branded experience, it is your responsibility to manage all client-facing communication. In such cases:

- You may contact our team on behalf of your client.

- We will liaise with you directly so that you can maintain control over the customer experience.

We recommend you establish clear communication workflows with your clients to avoid confusion.

 

3. Policy Changes

Xarrvo reserves the right to update or modify this policy at any time. Continued participation in our affiliate or whitelabel programs signifies acceptance of the latest terms.
